These terms apply to domain name purchase inquiries and transactions initiated through TopNames.com.
All prices are subject to prior sale, correction, withdrawal or change. A purchase request does not complete a sale until accepted by TopNames and payment terms are confirmed.
Approved payment methods may include escrow, PayPal, wire transfer or other methods approved by the TopNames sales team. TopNames does not collect credit card or bank details directly on this website.
Domain transfer begins after verified payment and completion of any required transaction paperwork. Transfer timing may vary based on registrar rules, ICANN policies, account security and buyer cooperation.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate account, registrant and contact information. The buyer is also responsible for evaluating trademark, business, regulatory and legal use of any domain name.
Domain sales are generally final after transfer or account push. Any refund or cancellation must be approved in writing by TopNames before completion.
After completed transfer, control and responsibility for the domain name pass to the buyer.
